11 Months later. I finally got my interview.

This is the reply from our senator office. if you google the letter above, most of applicants get the same message after they contact their senator. It will not help a lot.

We received your inquiry from the Las Vegas Field Office (LVG) regarding XXXXX’s Form N400 application that was received on 7/15/15. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent’s case is pending background check clearance. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in a timely manner while also ensuring public safety and national security. A small percentage of applications and petitions have unresolved background check issues that temporarily delay adjudication. Although USCIS makes every effort to resolve such cases promptly, USCIS is unable to speculate when the background check will be completed.

If a background check reveals an issue that may impact an applicant’s eligibility for the requested immigration benefit, further inquiry is needed. Most of PPLs are in-line now. My profile has not changed since NOA. anyone is still in the same boat?

I applied based on 5 Years. my temp card is issued back 2010, and 10yrs card is issued back to 2012.

My approval letter is from local office instead of CSC center. I am wondering where the card is from? I have not received my card for 11 days after my app is approved. I called uscis on Friday and they said that my card is not produced yet.

still nothing this week. but i found a website can check how many cases USCIS received and how many they have processed. i am not quite understanding their logic behind these charts.

Now I am only one not approved and not REFed CSC filer who are actively log-in. the rest of csc filers (showing no progress) do not visit this website actively since they updated last year.

Why my case is still not processed? So So wired.

How do they know you move? you filed AR13 change of address after submit or before submit? thank you.

So we got an RFE!!! : ( I am away in conference but my husband said we got an RFE and it says they noticed we moved and they want updated evidence. I am wondering those who received an RFE -- what information they sent along...?

just called. they said CSC post on April 2nd for date August 2nd, 2012. so maybe need another month.
