    He was approved!! I've been in shock all day, I'm not really sure what I expected but this is a very welcomed surprise. Thank you everyone for your advice, well wishes, I couldn't have gotten this far without your help. This is like getting an early Christmas present!

      Our hope is that the strike will be over by Friday so he can go pick it up then. I wonder if this is affecting those with interviews as well.

      congrats on the biometrics! you will be in and out in 10 minutes depending on the queue. it took us longer to drive there than it took for the biometrics appointment.

      I believe that you are past the RFE phase however here on VJ some say you can still get one after the transfer but I believe you guys will be ok no worries....I see smooth sailing in the forecast...lol

      Thanks CeCe for your reply. They actually emailed me 3:54a my time and told me to tell my husband to come bring his passport and that no waiver is needed. Thank God! It had to be no one but God!

    All I want is NOA1 then I can relax. I didn't think the AOS would make me anxious too.

      Hello CeCe, how did you find out your interview date? Did the Lagos Consulate send you a mail with the date? I'm in the same waiting shoes, and I've written an email to the embassy to confirm that they have received my case file, and also possibly tell me of the interview date. No response after the auto-response and its been 4 business days now. So, what do you advise?

    I can't believe our interview date is now within 2 months . . .All I can do now is pray that he will be with me before the year is out.
