Haven't been to this site for a WHILE. I guess I can come up for air now that I've had my man here for three and half months. Waiting to adjust status now...

The man who completes me will be here in less than 24 hours. I am absolutely overjoyed. I almost can't believe it!

I have definitely had my mind on other things lately. I have a custody hearing tomorrow, and can't quite be as overjoyed as I should be that the love of my life is coming in 9 days.

I was out of town on a job interview, with only my phone for internet access. Sid had his interview in Frankfurt on Friday! No problem! The doctor just needs to send the updated vaccination info and they'll put the visa in the mail. I can hardly believe it! Plus, I got offered the job position!

Package 3 paperwork sent off yesterday (on my baby's 40th birthday)!

Oh my god! I am sooo excited. The NVC just sent our petition to Frankfurt today!

Yay! Just called the National Visa Center and spoke to an operator. She said they had our petition, which is undergoing additional processing. I now have a case number, though!

*Sigh* Looks like another day on skype... Feeling okay, though, because we are trying to get a jump on all the Packet 3 paperwork.

I downloaded the Packet 3 paperwork and am getting started on gathering that info. I want to try to be proactive:o)

I don't understand why it was so quick, but I got the official NOA2 approval today in the mail. I am SOOOO happy.

I just checked my case status on the USCIS page for kicks and it says we were approved! I actually don't dare believe it. That would be about 3 weeks processing time between the NOA1 and NOA2. Could it be a mistake?!

Just talked to my sweetie. Thank goodness for Skype. I'm so excited for this waiting to be over. Long distance is lame...

Just found out I won't be able to spend the summer in Berlin with my sweetie:(
