    Here is your quick solution.
    Bring her to USA.
Wait about 75 days to until you marry (Give both of you time to start to know each other)
Don't get her pregnant the first couple of years (That way if you have to divorce her, then you are not bound by a 18 year payment plan).
Over time the true person and her intention will always come out. You might of made the best decison of you life.
But either way it's a win win solution for you.
If your marriage is happy then you win.
If your marriage turns into a divorce, then you hop a plane and go back to PI (Don't Internet Date This Time) and find a handful of girls to court and pick one to marry. Then you win again.
    Good Luck.......

if you care about the responsibility you accept, then you wouldnt do that.
this is the good thing about long distance relationship, both parts go through pretty much hell.
what makes you think if she couldnt make time for you back in Philippines things will change when she comes to the states?
those 90 days are like a last check before marriage, seems like thats not what you need, you dont even seem sure about wanting to marry her.

I can absolutely understand the OP's frustration. I wouldn't be pleased if my husband was paying for cars and cell phone bills of a 24 year old, daughter or not. Especially if he's doing it while lying about it, not filing for AOS so I could get some work myself, not allowing me to go home if I wanted to, not disclosing OUR financial situation as husband and wife to me, not allowing me to be a part of any decision making, etc.
I think it's sickening that the OP is being advised to suck it up and be nice to him and maybe things will get better.

USCIS is a huge slow bureaucracy that should be privatized IMO with some oversight. How long does it takes to do a background check for a job and process an application - certainly not 5 months.
Some kind of collective action to force them to speed up their game is needed - they can basically take as long as they want on our fees.
