Updates: Today my DS-230 IV Fee status showed 'PAID'. woooooooo hoooooooo...!

and I plan to FEDEX my complete DS-230 package with all the supporting documents [originals + copies] including fresh Police CC (issued on October 06, 2010) to NVC likely on October 12, 2010 if not then on October 13th / 14th for sure.

Thanks Loto. Any idea on how long it takes for the emailed DS-3032 to be accepted by NVC?

I would say 5 - 7 days based on~ mine got accepted in 4 days after I returned signed DS-3032 PDF to NVC on October 02, 2010 (e-mailed DRAFTED in the VJ template DS-3032 on September 29, 2010 to NVC.).

What do I enter following thing.

It's already counting my spouse. So I shouldn't enter 1 as my spouse count. 'Cuz then my household size would be 3. It really should be 2. Moi and my wife whom I'm sponsoring. But if I enter a 0 here, does that mean I don't have a spouse. mind = blown

seems like u are using I-864 Form which does not Expire 10/31/10 so

IMO, you should not count any body twice so enter zero (0).

Guys - Question for everyone. How long does it take to get the AOS Bill (IIN#)? Just wanted to know approximately.

Senior got (one PDF as an attachment from NVC) his next day around 11PM Eastern Time after giving them petitioner's & beneficiary's e-mail addresses. So based on this, I would say you should have received it today, there still about 3 hours to go. If not then plz call NVC tomorrow.

Finally, I received the NOA2 by mail today. USCIS webite sucks and didn't even receive the email too. But NOA2 came by mail as surprise! It was approved on Sep 29, 2010!

Update (because it is Sunday and I said I would): The uncle makes enough alone so while he filed married, I will just be going off of his I-864. If they require the aunt's info then I will find out and have her sign that when she gets back in town (next month). He said that he would fill it out tonight and I have tried calling but no answer. So I will try again tomorrow. Looking ok so far.

Updates: today I received my NVC Case number. NVC received my file from USCIS on 09/24/2010 and it was entered into NVC system on 09/27/2010.

I wish 'All The Best' for all of those who are waiting for their NVC case number.
