    What you sent out, was it the I-130 petition? Once it's approved you will send out another fee with the Bio and once they have processed that I think you pay one more time when they interview. In total you will pay $945 for the visa.

    My hubby's from Antwerp. :) He loves living in the States, sometimes he gets a little homesick but mainly for his family. He does miss some of the things he had in Belgium but prefers it here really. He was never very fond of Antwerp.

    ROC soon, I have a couple questions maybe someone could help me with? Probably overthinking... but want to make sure I cover everything.

      For our first year of marriage, we lived in Belgium so I've got a resident card. Should I include it in the packet as evidence? Or do they just want stuff from the date he entered the states on his visa?

      It says "submit copies of as many documents as you wish to establish that the marriage was entered in good faith and to demonstrate the circomstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present". So if i was you i would include it in the package. Any other things you are overthinking ? I would love to hear them, might help me with my worries ... i have to send mine in at the end of june. Hope you guys are doing well ! :)

    Nice! I have lived in CA for a few years. It's not bad, there are a lot of things to do there and see. :) I'll be moving back down there sometime in the next 6 months. haha You should definitely check out the Giant Sequoias.

    My hubby is the Belgian, but he really has been enjoying living here. Loves the food, the atmosphere, the stores, etc. He does get homesick sometimes, but those days are not so common now, especially since we've found some stores that import some of the stuff he missed. Curry Ketchup. lol Definitely takes getting used to but I think you will enjoy it here. :) What state are you going to?
