  1. Hi missicy. Did your USC spouse accompany you for your citizenship interview?

Hi, no he didn't. USC spouses are not required to be there and if they do come with you, they have to wait in the waiting room during the interview.

  2. Most days I wake up anxious, sad and frustrated because I miss Aaron so much. However, today I decided to wake up feeling nothing but love and gratitude. And i did. Honestly, we can complain about days and timelines, but we found love! ..how does one measure that!?! The stress we put ourselves and our partners through affects our relationships whether we want it to or not! the USCIS has so much power already, let us not give them that power as well! 5. i need help here my honey is in casblanca morroco he orginally from nigeria and is not a resident of casblanca so wouldn't i have to visit him in nigeria

you don't file at the embassy. you send the petition to USCIS, then when it's approved, it is sent to the embassy. if he is a resident of morroco then he can be interviewed there. both casablanca and lagos are tough consulates and your relationship will be scrutinized at both so make sure you have a lot of proof of bonafide relationship.

  6. which is easier to do the k-1 visa or the cr- visa someone help

both take about 8-12 months to get but with cr-1 he will become permanent resident when he enters the united states and will be able to start working right away. if you do k-1, then he will have to adjust status which takes about 4-6 months and won't be able to work while paperwork is being processed.

you can visit him anywhere you want but make sure you have proof to show that both of you were in the same country at the same time (tickets, passport stamps, receipts etc) so you can prove that you met him in person.
