  1. seeing the bigger picture is key to understanding the events leading to the problems faced by these people who created those war zones and is now using those refugees to further reset and break down the systems they want to change by force?

  3. I wonder if it really matters unless you intend to live in the Philippines - because if you are divorced in the US where marriage occurred maybe you would be able to remarry in the US regardless of the PH government - I’m not looking to divorce or expecting a bad spouse but it’s good to make this known for the process.
  4. So here’s a question related to this process; if you file a ROM for a US marriage does a US divorce also dissolve a PH marriage? what if your partner cheats or becomes abusive - it would be a real drag to have to go there to the PH to try to get an annulment to get away from that…
  5. I’m wasting my time here I’ll just have to get a petition ready for people to sign I guess…. I’m hoping to get some good ideas and input on how to make things better and get the ball rolling
  6. The CFO may have some good intentions but it’s way too nosy and what kind of people want to work those jobs and who watches over them?
  7. they could also walk in and steal your info… Have you ever paid for a copy of your documents? I’m sure you have… get lost ya like jumping through BS hoops and defending stupid for no brownie points?
  8. What would be helpful is developing petitions to police the USCIS through congressional laws as well as ideas about how it could be improved - for example ; Online databases of information to be verified rather than making people pay ridiculous fees to print out documents to send from one department to another…
  9. People have a normalcy bias and like to be teacher’s pet.. that’s why they defend gross inadequacies in their governments - which only serves their egotism not improvements for the species
  10. they make you wait how long to get that authorized? and how does that compare to just waiting for the AOS to process? how much do you lose per month not being able to work and how does it affect a human being on a psychological level?
  11. k1 or CR1 both are garbage processes, and why do things like this suck? because people put up with it like sheeple as they have been taught to do in public schools don't make excuses for them..
  12. they get alot of money by making you buy copies of documents instead of messaging departments to verify information or simply checking in their databases... that's partly how they pay for the bureaucracy the domestic abuse and trafficking happen most INSIDE the philippines, and they don't make much of any effort to stop the rampant prostitution in the country, with Duterte hanging with prostitutes on the campaign trail and saying it's not a priority to stop it... also, they pimp out the entire population to the WEF and WHO it's about systems of control and building up the strength to force things on the people, COVID should be an eye opener about allowing government to have too much power and using it to prevent a threat to power systems at the top it's about making you respect the big daddy pimp hand at the top, not keeping you safe
  13. don't make excuses for them, getting the 'i'm just a player in their system' mentality is why the options suck - and they all do..
  14. ah well they could make it valid with marriage cert the borders are wide open, they don't care about illegals
  15. yes and the work permit application takes a long time, it's probably not worth filing at this time and just waiting for the AOS to finish unless they can speed things up yep the zoom wedding looks to be the best way, but the problem is filing a ROM with the Philippines and having more legal ties to that country which is never a good idea in my experience the USA is bad enough with puppet politicians and corruption but the Philippines is much worse with a less engaged public and almost entirely celebrity media
  16. CFO is a nightmare these days, one lady in my fiance's class had a PSA certificate of marriage but they wouldn't accept it as evidence unless she brought the receipt she got when she paid for it... where is that requirement posted for all to see?
  17. 9a is only needed if you plan to stay longer than the temporary visa they give on arrival to US citizens, is that correct? is there a reason to get a 9a if you only plan to go there for a couple weeks to consummate the marriage?
  18. are you sure about this? I asked a US immigration attorney this question, and he said the if we get married online we can't file the k1 visa even if it hasn't been consummated yet
  19. and why can't they provide a temporary work permit with a k1 visa? seems to be inhumane to make someone wait a year before being able to work
  20. well at least it weeds out people who aren’t serious about marriage because getting a divorce is almost impossible for the Ph
  21. Would be nice if they gave a green card in arrival for k1 at least until the adjustment can take effect so they aren’t helpless and dependent.
  22. yeah our tax money goes to the Ukraine and endless wars as well as spying on our personal lives instead
  23. Should I wait to file the ROM in San Francisco until after consummation? Also does it need to be filed before filing the CR1 petition?
  24. Is it better to register it in the Philippines while there together? if I’m not mistaken an online Utah marriage has to be registered at the SF consulate and the ROM can’t be filed in the PH. Is this true?
