just from there!
Bring ID and appointment letter.
It took 30 minutes all together.
I fulfilled the form there - there are questions about your height and weight, all in imperial measurements (was kinda issue for me).
They take fingertips + photo + signature and verify the personal data (dob, names spelling etc)

And what is also on Instructions sheets:
"For purposes of this affidavit, the line for gross (total) income on IRS Forms 1040 and 1040A will be considered when determining income. For persons filing IRS Form 1040 EZ, the line for adjusted gross income will be considered"
So am I right thinking to send 1040 only?

Hi everybody,
I m really-really looking forward to get some feedback on the following case.
"In previous episodes:"
- I entered US in October'10 with K-1 visa
- We filed AOS package in November'10 and for NOAs in December'10 (with W2s only for Affidavit of Support)
- Biometrics invitation was delivered in December'10 (with appointment on January, 5th)
Yesterday RFE from USCIS came wit the following:
"x Submit a complete Federal Income Tax Return submitted to the IRS from the petitioner/sponsor on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, for the most recent tax year"
I've just re-read Instructions for I-864.
I missed it while preparing the AOS package - there is a special part 25. Federal Income Tax Information that states:
"You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year."
and
"Do not submit copies of your State income tax returns."
My husband (who is the sponsor in this affidavit) has a package of his own records that consist of:
- Form 1040, US Individual Income Tax Return + Schedule A + Schedule M
- Tax Payments Worksheet
- Federal Carryover Worksheet
- Form 8453-OL
- Form 540 C1, CA Resident Income Tax Return
So, what do you think we should send to USCIS on this RFE?
Thanks a lot for any kind of ideas!!!

Does D-3025 really need to say COMPLETE? Mine says nothing: neither incomplete neither complete...
Seems i need to contact doc anyway, right?

what is the best case scenario for K-1 holder?
arrive in US, get married, adjust the status (with obtaining working permit) and THEN apply for SSN or get SSN and then file for adjusting the status?
Forms for AOS have special fields for SSN...
We will marry on Monday, and still i have no SSN and it is not required to have for marriage certificate in California...
I m a little bil lost in next steps

I really-really hope my question is not that much weird but...
what family name (last name) should be used in I-693 form? My maiden name or my last name after marriage?
because my 3025 form (issued in July'10) has my maiden name

Has anyone got RFE (Initial or Additional)?
Done with biometrics today, replied to RFE yesterday (Tax Transcript was missing to support AOS package)
