Thank you Jen!! I am having problems because we only have the court online records for my fiance (the American) first divorce. I hesitate whether we need to find a certified copy of the whole decision for filing I1129F. Definetely I will get a certicate for the interview. Can somebody comment? Thank you and good luck for everyone!
Sandris.
Court certified copy is required for the I-129F.

I did it all on one sheet of paper.

I dont about the fax versions but I sent in copies of the same IRS transcripts for AOS as I did for K1. I had no issues.

Since she speaks English (however unable to read or write), I presume she also understands the spoken English language. So, you read the questions in English to her. She then answers you in English. You then transfer her answer onto the form. The first option definitely does not apply. The latter is more appropriate. If it was me, I would do the following:
Each and every question and instruction on this form, as well as my answer to each question, has been read to me in the [___English_________] language, a language in which I am fluent, by the person named in the Interpreter’s Statement and Signature. I understand each and every question and instruction on this form, as well as my answer to each question.
Then attach a separate sheet with detailed explanation.

I got my RFE approximately 3 weeks after my submission.

I disagree. Betcha his next paycheck that there is no record anywhere of this "detention".
Just say no on the form.
Someone just lost their paycheck.
1. Photos and fingerprints were taken in Texas. Therefore, there is a RECORD in Texas.
2. Photos and fingerprints were taken in New Mexico. Therefore, there is a RECORD in New Mexico.
3. The photos and fingerprints were MOST likely used to access a variety of government databases. Any access to a government database generates a RECORD of date, time, who, which agency, and for what purpose..

I got the same letter at the interview. I got the "card production" notice on the same day. I received the "welcome" letter the following week and the GC a few days after that. During this time the status on the USCIS website flipped back and forth between "card production" and "post decision activity".

Alright people, OP's concern has been addressed. Let's move on.

My interview was at San Jose, California.
After the interview, the IO said she could not approve us at the moment. The IO gave us a piece of paper stating "further review" or something like that. Then approximately 6 or 7 hours later, I got a text/email of "card production". I received my GC in the mail approximately 1 week later. Good luck to you.

Most questions were read right off the I-485 and G-325A forms.
How did we meet?
When was your first visit to the US and any subsequent visits?
How long did you stay?
What does your spouse do for a living and how much does your spouse make?
Is this your first marriage? If not, how many times had your spouse been married before?
Where did you get married?
When did you get married?
What is your spouse's phone number?
Is your cell phone on a family plan?

For my interview, it was about 50/50.

I concur. Send in whatever they want even if you already submitted it.

We just got notification from the USCIS that our AOS (I-751) was denied by the Vermont Service Center. In a 3 page letter, they claim that "the evidence we submitted was not sufficient" and then they list evidence that they need. Everything that they suggest, we submitted, except one item..."children as a result of your marriage". Well, my wife and had to endure 3 miscarriages in 2010, but these inconsiderate bastards think our marriage is fake! I'm so angry!
When we had our interview at the Jacksonville USCIS location, we brought all our tax documents, joint savings accounts, driver license, military IDs, bills, proof of insurance, and even a box filled with photographs. But, they didn't even interview us! We drove 4 hours for nothing! They just took her finger prints and said, "well, thats all we need, you should get a green card in 6 months or so." If they had doubts about our marriage, then why didn't they interview us.
I can't believe that they think our marriage is a hoax. Just because we don't have kids (although my wife is 8 months pregnant now) they think its not a marriage in good faith!? I'm active duty military and I'm trusted with Top Secret clearances, flying multi-billion dollar aircraft and I assure you that the military is much more detailed in their investigation of my foreign spouse than USCIS could even dream of. Yet, somehow, the military didn't find any problems with our marriage and they trusted me and granted my clearances. This is such a slap in face.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? I don't know what else we can send them that certifies our true love of each other that we haven't already given them. My wife is due on Dec 6, but the USCIS wants our new evidence by 5 Dec, typical.
Sorry for the vent, but this is very frustrating.
Can you post exactly what the 3-page letter said?

My RFE notice was yellow and the instruction said to include the original RFE notice. I didn't get an envelope but the instruction said to mail it some PO box. I sent it USPS priority mail.

I dont wanna work for peanuts and it al goes on debt.. i want me and my husband to start a fresh and me and my father in law think bankcruptcy is the best thing for the amount of debt we r in. I want to be able to cut up all the credit cards and never have them again.
Filing for bankruptcy does not give you a "fresh start". You still have to pay back some of it. And the portion of your debt that gets forgiven, take a guess as to who pays for that.
Don't get me wrong. For some people, it's their only option. But when you said "I don't wanna work for peanuts" to pay YOUR debt, it left a very bad taste in my mouth.

IO asked to see the original I-129F approval notice during my interview. So, I gave her a copy so she can keep it but she insisted to see the original and did not want a copy. I gave her the original. She looked at it for a few seconds then typed something into her computer then gave it back to me.

It was free when I changed mine.

I had my interview yesterday and at the conclusion, the IO said she could not approve me at this time. The IO then gave me a white piece of paper with a check mark next to "Further Review". Approximately 6 hours after the interview, I received a text/email of card production. I presumed this means I am approved. Thanks everyone.

Yes, have him redo it. Also $125k to $18k is a big difference. What does his tax return say?
-
I had my interview today and the IO asked for the original I-94 and kept it.

If the income is sufficient for 3 of you, don't apply for it.
