Your CC was 10/19. It would take around 2 or 3 weeks to schedule the interview with the Consulate. Then only, NVC will email this appointment letter.

NVC will email immigrant visa appointment letter.

You need the below to proceed for medical:

1) This letter

2) Applicant's passport

3) Few U.S passport sized photographs of the applicant

4) Medical fee

5) Prior vaccinations record if any (optional)

Sure, no problem..

Yes, you can schedule a visa medical exam before you receive an interview letter I would check further with other members as to how they went about it...but people in the PI seem to do it all the time.

Can anyone go to the St. Lukes Medical Center of Manila and have there medical exam completed before NVC schedules it for them..Will this cause any disruption in the Visa process or not..I have also read on the hospital website it is a first come first serve basis.

yes.... when i got my sign in failed on FRIDAY 10/15 i called the NVC told me the document is in final review..

then i called MONDAY they said they complete my case on MONDAY 10/18... till now AVR still not UPDATED

My sign in failed today but the AVR does not say "case is complete"..is this normal or will it take a few days to update?

I sent DS230 along with all the required civil documents marriage certificate, passport clearance etc. to NVC on sept 23 and they got it on sept 24. I also have the confirmation that someone at NVC accepted the documents. I got an email from NVC that they have not received the DS230 along with the civil documents. I got this email after i sent the documents. When i emailed them explaining that i express mailed the documents to NVC and someone at NVC accepted it, they are still telling me that they are waiting on the DS230. The email seems like an automated message to me. I tried calling 6033340700 but can't get through. I am worried. I hope they didn't misplace the documents.

Please tell me what should i do.

We sent our docs the same day or just before yall and we got the automated e-mail too. They did not actually process the paperwork until Sept 30. Im still waiting on them to tell me they are doen with review and will send to consulate.

No i have not recieved any e-mails or postal from them. I have called them twice and they just say it takes 4-6 weeks to review.
