  1. Can someone give advice on what documents and procedure for petitioning my sister-in-law and her child to come visit us in US? What will be required of us and her to visit here?

  2. Can anyone go to the medical center and pay to have their medical exam taken even if they do not have an interview date set? MY wife's paperwork was sent to the Manila Embassy on Oct.20th but we have not recieved an update for anything as of today. We are hoping to fly her there Sunday and have her medical exam taken. Also we're wondering how long it will take them to give the exam so as to reserve the hotel and flights for her too.

Please give us your needed input into this matter.

    Thank You,

    Dan

  3. Hi Bhebe!!! i didnt call to follow up it sis but they told me na Oct 29 ang result ko but sa Nov.3 pa ako patatawagin. Promise share ko d2 ano man ma experience ko! Goodluck to all of us :innocent::thumbs:

Can my wife go to St. Luke's anytime and have her exam taken? Her paperwork was sent to the Embassy over a week ago but no interview date has been set..Please let me know if she can just fly there by Monday and go in early and have her exam done.

  4. NVC only had my paperwork/I-129F for a couple days. My fiancee had her 'packet 3' in hand, sent from US Embassy in Manila, in less than 2 weeks from the time NVC rec. my case from USCIS. Scheduling an interview was easy, when I called they had the whole month of Oct open for interviews. Perhaps due to the lower number of cases to process related to the USCIS slow down. Overall, it was about 5 weeks from NOA2 to the interview. - Dave

Should i call the NVC tomorrow and see if they can schedule an exam/interview? Can they do this over the phone?
