Hi guys, do u know how to check out dhl dox from nvc to us ebassy to some country( bulgaria for example)?

Is that the meaning of this organisations USCIS and NVC to pay attention on aout dox and they r giving us RFE when need!

Why we need to wait for interview and then if something happen to waste more time of going through all proces!

Do u how long could take to complete the case in NVC after RFE.

We got RFE fefore a few weeks ago and send them the missing dox they need it but still no answer...

Totaly agree!

There is no soon or late when talks about love, it just happens and thats the only thing matters.

My mom and dad decide to get married in 2 weeks which seems really crazy but they r still happy living togeter!

What about the imigration proces I'm so lost in my case what about to talk about others, but if u r comfortable to stey there not traveling seems ok then.

Only one thing about those kind of proces is that when u take a decision u live with consequences after.

One more question...

We got RFE from Nvc because affidavit of support wasnt complete, do u guys know if that will delay a lot our case?

We r going to send the new dox as fast as we can but is that will take 4-6 weeks again in nvc or they will start working on it since they got it?

Someone with similare experience?

I call today my phone company to ask them for phone record for last year and they told me that they can only give for the last 6 months,lol

Can I submit my proof package without it?

I'm sure that I can't apply for nonimigrant visa while waiting for imigrant one because in us embassy in sofia they r saying that u r not aloud to apply for nonimigrant if u r going to becom imigrant.

I just want to visit my husbant because he can't get off of his work and not possible to travel this year but wont immigrate on turist visa,otherwise i wont wait all the loooong proces till now.

But may be i will stay and wait for intervew then, it's just too long wait.

Is not possible to apply for turist visa while waiting for imigrant one.

But that prosses was so long that is not ending.

It's been a year already even more.........too tired of waiting!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know about the intervew in us embassy in sofia,is it really every second tuesday of the month or can be any time in the month?

I think we've been on this step when we were in USCIS when check out online status and they ask for two doc pix from my husbant but now when i check out online in USCIS shows only Acceptance,Initial Revew,Decision,Post Decision Activity

When Icheck our status online at uscis there was a few steps ppl have to pass and this was one of them, yes of course they didn't show status on some but rfe was one of that showed and i think they ask for two doc pics that was it.

Do u think there is something i should worrie about later?

About Time Line I'm trying to fill mine but not everything is clear to me.

May be will sounds weird that i'm filling but not understanding but happens like this,so what NOA actualy means?

And then there is I-130 RFE which i dont know what is it?

Also what means I-864 and ds-3032 returned completed, ds-3032 we send by email and I-864 we send later all package petitioner and together with beneficiary ds230 and all other in that one?
