hey iam new here is is true that i need to wait 4years b4 a visa is available?? 1130 case my mother is filling for me but iam not married iam single, she started in march2010 i got a letter saying there is no visa number available is it true??? oh she is a citizen. thanks

hey i did no need to be sad. post activity means they are still in decision making as weather to approve or deny.just pray all goes well its journey indeed. iam now at post decision activity. and i got a letter that says visa numbers are unaviable rite but it dont means ur not approved or rejected it just means we have2 wait in line. but u can check the visa bulletin to see how far they are. ok
