Missy, congrats and now the 8 agonizing weeks of waiting begins; And as for me my 8th week ends today and yet still no schedule. I've been calling NVC almost everyday and last night they told me still no schedule for August appointment for Manila, but they do advise me to call again next Friday.

And again the waiting continues....

Don't worry Raymon, there on the process of releasing visa bulletin for August. They usually release the dates after the new visa bulletin. "crossing my fingers" its all base on the trend, but don't lose hope you are so close.

And ur right, im on my 8 agonizing weeks. But we'll get there right?! Im just so happy right now that im not even thinking about the 8 weeks wait time.

I almost jump on my seat when i heard the operator. LoL crazy!!

Thank you. They received on June 25, 2010 and the case was complete on the 7th of July. My PD is Aug 2007.

4 weeks more to go then ill give them a call back.

Im sure you will receive a letter by the end of month. By the way are you ilonggo? my husbang is from iloilo but he grew up in cavite so he never really speak the language.

ill be sending my i-864 next week and next will be my ds230.... will they give a checklist for this too???? coz i wouldnt know what to send with it.... missy... the light at the end of the tunnel where were all in is getting bigger now.... the end is near...lets all aim that we'll be celebrating thanksgiving with our lovey-dubs... and for christmas.. thats too far!

Hi Mitch, I got the IV fee last week and received a checklist last Tuesday. Im completing the papers that goes along with the DS230. Hopefully they will be our Christmas gift this year. I can't wait for them to come here. Thanks again. Are you doing ok with your papers?

the online payment center and not from the address on the check list note. Mas na una yung AOS, yung

DS-230 mga 2 weeks later. I have problem kasi getting my sons passport.

I just received the IV fee bill last May 26, 2010. I want to know what's next after that? I think i'll be having issue with the passport and i think it will cause a delay on the processing of my papers. Well all of our passport including my children are expired. For my children, they were able to get an appointment on July 8 at PI. And for me i still need to go Philippine embassy here in DC and they say it takes two weeks to process my passport.

If ever, can i send the documents needed along with the DS230 without the copy of our passport?

Hi Raymon, NVC already received the DS 3023 that my husband sent. And I paid the AOS fee and sent my I1864 last May 17. Im just wondering why they haven't bill me for the IV fee? Did I sent my I1864 early, am I missing something on the process?

I got that as well when my DS-230 was delayed for about 2 weeks due to passport issue with my son.

Hello everyone, Im so glad to find this thread about an LPR filing an I-130 for there spouse. My priority date is July 30, 2007, and just received an email that i need to pay $70.00 for the AOS which i did. And i already sent the AOS to NVC but no confirmation that they receive it. Just call last night, and they got the DS 3023 last May 17, 2010.

I very glad that the processing is getting faster than expected. Cross our fingers that our long wait will soon be over.
