One more day! And we'll be flying to USA tomorrow. With these, can I ask if I need to declare my personal belongings on the CUSTOM DECLARATION FORM? Like jewelries, watches? And am just bringing some bottled coco jam ( Chuck's mom fave), guava jam and langka...PLease help!

little worried that we won't be able to file our AOS before my visa expires...if ever, is it okay to file a week after my visa expires??..we are still completing everything..may God help us all!!

but in your case k1) must marry by that date for you to adjust status from k1 to resident (and the expiration of the i-94 will be 90 days from the date of POE).

the visa is really just entry into the states and AOS is a 90 day expry. the 90 days begin once you get into the US and those days are used to get married and to get your adjustment of status completed.
basically, a new expiration begins and this is specified on the i-94 entrance/departure paper that you received at the border (this form should have been given to you on the aircraft and filled out by you). thats the expiration date on the i-94 and the k1 (k1/k2 but i...
