I was browsing some of the other CSC topics and see everyone seems to be reporting the same thing; there's been no activity at the CSC this week. I sent my 129F Monday; confirmed it was received Tuesday (by the post office) but my check hasn't been cashed yet and of course no NOA1. Maybe they're all on vacation this week...

Hi everyone! Thanks for sending us the link to this thread; don't know why I couldn't find it. I sent the 129F on May 17. Good luck everyone!

Hi Marena! It looks like you and I are on the same exact path, with me a little behind you. I live just north of San Francisco so we must have the same local office as well. Hope you don't mind if I stalk your profile to see what's happening!

If there are so few of us May filers, maybe the process will be faster! Just wishful thinking, I guess. Congrats on the NOA and good luck to both of you, too! ~Ellen

I looked through the topics and couldn't find any May CSC Filers--anyone out there? I sent the 129f yesterday Priority Mail and confirmed it was received today. The wait begins...

This happened to me, too, though I'm a CSC filer. I mailed the I129F May 18th, it was received by the CSC the 19th but the check cleared in Texas and the NOA1 was dated 5/25. The notice does say it was received 5/19, though, which made me feel better for some reason.
Our file was "touched" yesterday--maybe that means it's back at the CSC again but of course there's no way to know that. Wishful thinking on my part, I guess. These changes must be why the CSC was so quiet the week of May 18th.
Good luck everyone!
