yes sis you need to send the ds230 form to your husband but first u need to fill that up all and signed it..pero ung part I lang ang pwede mong pirmahan sis yung part II leave it blank under ur signature.another form you need to send is DS3230 signed it ur husband need it also for him to send it to NVC.
