      Believe me you're not crazy! I call too! I even call the visa specialist office in DC that's how I know that our cases are still at the NVC until they assign the date.

      your case is still at the NVC. The embassy does not have it until NVC sets your appointment and they mail it to Santo Domingo. It's different then the K-1 visa where they send it first then you get your date. Stop worrying!!! Your case is complete you will have your CITA next week!!!!

    Called VS and they said my case is at the consulate! I guess now it's time for stalking lol, if I don't hear anything this week I will just wait until the 15th when I know they assign dates.

    Wow Increible! CSC is sitting on there @sses! Why can't they just send approved files to NVC? No one approved in Cali after 6/14 has a case #! La paciencia se me agota!!!!

    Visa approved!!!! The consulate was open and the huelga did not affect it or that area for that matter, thank God!
