visa has been issued!!!! omg!!!!! Praise God almighty!! he is almost coming!!!!!

Visa APROVADA glory to God!!!! We were the last ones there but the final result was amazing!!!! I will post my experience later on.....time for me to celebrate my approval!!!!!!

On April 10 we mailed u a notice REAFFIRMING the approval of your case!!!!!!! Glory be to God in the highest!!!! So I was right...my bday present was delayed.. : )

So USCIS now says 180 days instead of 120 to review!! First I wait 8 months for my case to get back and now I have to wait 6 more for it to be reviewed. Plus I imagine another 2-3 months to reveiw the NOIR after it is received or for an interview if it is reaffirmed. AY MI MADRE!! May God keep giving my sanity

FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! USCIS received my case as of May 1st.....now hope they will review fast and reaffirm my case : /

Update: Finally getting together the documents they asked for more than a MONTH ago, yes a month! It should be ready to send out Monday and then we wair again. They already have all these papers but I guess they want to see if fiancee would try and change any of the documents.

My husband has been here in the US for about 2 1/2 months and still no green card. They have sent him 2 welcome letters, one per month stating his status has been recorded as a permanent resident please allow 60 days for receipt of green card. Has this happened to anyone?

my congressman just informed me that my petion was sent back 02/24/12....5 months after my interview.....I feel sooooooo upset..

It's been awhile but I figured I update you guys..hubby has his permit to drive, has a great job and LOVES it!! Opened a joint and his own bank account..let's just say he's lovin his new life

Hello Everyone, it has been a while. Still trying to take everything in. So I called the embajada to inquire about our case on Tuesday 01.31.12 They have no information. The person I spoke to couldnt even tell if the visa was denied or approved. I called NVC they have nothing either. Finally I called USCIS they have no exact info but she told that if visa was denied it will be returned back to USCIS in about 120 days to be reviewed. Thats where are until now.

Just called the VS and guess what??? VISA IS ISSUED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG thank you Lord, Thank you God for everything..and thank you all for the support...mi negro viene pronto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gracias Dios mio!

Just spoke to the VS......his visa was issued yesterday afternoon so delivery should either begin today or Monday. Thank you Lord for hearing my desperate and annoying cries...Allelujah!!!

Update: They have contacted "la fiscalia" to send over his record on the case he has on file... Hopefully we get good news soon...

100% Positive ...God is with us and I'm confident he will give us that visa...can't help but think about this interview every night I go to bed..only the faith in God and mi negro's love are keeping me positive..I sooo want this to be over already..
