If I were you, I wouldn't marry him nor would I get on the plane. Immigration issues aside, it sounds like he is not that serious or committed about you. If there are doubts before getting married, they will only be exacerbated after marriage.

I'm not sure what your complaint is really. Your husband lied on his tourist visa application and led them to believe he is romantically involved with another woman - obviously this sent up a red flag, which led USCIS to grill you more thoroughly than other couples.
