      I-797C, NOA, Transfer Notice dated Feb. 27, 2012 states “This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing: California Service Center, 2nd Flr, 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel CA.”

      Still Waiting BUT we ask congressman to look into it friday.

    Since she has got here we have had a very busy few weeks. I got the home and we are fixing it to be able to live in it. We will give more information later. Our wedding will be small on May 28 at 4pm.

      Irina left by train at 1PM Kaliningrad time for Moscow to visit her aunt and friend Luda of 40+ years. Flies out of Moscow 1PM 15 June. We are honeymooning home from LAX. Be here next Sunday.

      Yes my email was sent at 5:00 PM Mountain time. I had checked the USCIS site only a couple of hours before and it still said last action AUG 18. I will watch and see how things go for you. Good Luck.
