I wish mine could be too.....have you heard anything back from the RFE yet? I hope they approve and process it quickly for you.

no news yet I'm sure the holidays will also add some extra delay unfortunately, so far we've gotten delays from both USCIS and NVC now it makes me a little sad, as I hope the interview won't be a delay.

I know what you mean....my lawyer said that because of the holidays expect a 2-4 month wait....it's been 8 months now since we filed ( I'm planning a trip there soon though, so at least we will have some time together. I miss him so much. I really hope that things speed up for you, the waiting is so hard...

Mailed off the requested items based off what NVC operator told me I needed to send (I'm glad it wasn't having to resend a large amount of the documents like I thought at first), I hope it all works out!

I'm curious how many emails did you receive from NVC? Most curious if you received a ds-3032 kit, other instructions emails?? Can u please tell me the nb & a short description of them? I would like to know what to expect. Thanks!!
