I on the other hand, am waiting for SIF at NVC. Things have really slowed down at NVC: 6 to 8 weeks literally. Wife's losing patience. Someone posted SIF even on third week of August might have a chance of a Sept interview.We'll see. I wish you were wait...

No, that is NOT it. Alien registration number will be if your wife or husband had come to the US previously and then should will have that. It is commonly known as the "A-Number". If they have not come here before, then you write "N/A" in that box.

I'll email the embassy my NVC case number and see if they will release this letter.

Congratulation ion your approval.

I contacted the embassy and they won't issue a letter requesting it from the Saudi police until they have the case file at the Embassy.

Do you mind sharing when and how did you get your police letter?

Did you have to submit it with your Immigrant Visa Application to the NVC?

I just called NVC and they do not have my case numbers for I-130 or I-129. I think they will need a few more days.

I have not called them yet, but I will right now. It can't hurt, right?
