My wifesw cousin had hers in 4 days after interview. My fiancee is there now in Pasig City waiting for delivery. She interviewed the 18th. Has to be faster than waiting in San Miguel, Bohol.

ds-230 is for immigrant visa applicant only...i think its ds-156& ds-157 for the non-immigrant one and they should have it during the interview...read this link it may help you and your fiancee and may give you idea bout the interview...its a blogsite of one of the approved k1 visa filer here in vj..goodluck po..

It's because when I made the appointment online it was under immigrant visa for k1 fiance visa. So, it's a little confusing. Thanks!

I am happy that you already got interview scheduled:))) We are same time for NVC got our packet but still wait when Embassy will contact me, maybe it is depends from Embassy some of them faster, you are lucky heee hope hear from Ankara Embassy soon.

im not sure..i do not know how the new system works now.Last nov, my frend prettyrick wasnt able to schedule appointment until the physical file was received by Manila usem,eventhough their file was already entered electronically in the system..

called them today to make an appointment. they said they saw that we paid the fee and was just waiting for an electronic file or our MNL updated. once it is they will call me back to set up an appointment.

We didn't wait for it but was able to book for an appointment. A lot of people here in VJ seem to NOT receive any.

Can I book now even though we havent paid the Visa fee? and if we just got the MNL # today from NVC.

You should pay first before you can schedule for interview. They will ask your BPI receipt. I suggest you call embassy and ask if they already have your papers. Good luck!

Try calling them and get transferred to a higher customer service. Worked for me.

Didn't turn out well, they have sent me an RFE as of 12/16...

while waiting for NOA2 start gathering proofs for ur interview in my case i had my birth certificate fixed coz u can barely read my name.now i got a clear & readable copy of my NSO birth certificate
