No, as far as I am aware you DO need the ADOS. We have done ours and made two copies as well, you need the orginal and then a copy for the interview on all the documents Ian is taking. But yes I am 100% sure he needs it, unless he has a job out there or will be supporting himself. In which case he needs proof of that. Hope that helps.

Yes we didnt want to have sit around wondering, that is why we had it so it had a tracking code on it, id have gone crazy just sitting around waiting to hear from them. Im a worry pants lol. Good luck and I hope that you guys hear something real soon. x

We sent it on the next day delivery, this way you get a code so you can go online and know if it got there. I posted ours about 3.20pm and it was there by 1.00pm the very next day. Hope that helps. Em x

We have our interview on the 13th and have already got our plane tickets booked on the 26th August. Hopefully the visas will be in hand by then...lol. The kids leave school on Thursday...very sad, they are going to miss their friends bad. They all keep hugging each other, awwww. Hope all is well with you guys? Huggles Em x

hey guys...ok...Packet 3 was returned to Embassy: 9th June 2010 by next day delivery, so we knew it got there (you can check online)it arrived in London: 10th June 2010. we had the medical on 22nd June 2010 & called

DOS said PK3 was fine, got PK4 on 7th July 2010 with interview date 13th August 2010

so 9th June to 13th August. Hope that helps.

Ken calls the DOS everyday now. They can tell you whats going on in the Embassy. They told us our pk3 had arrived they was checking it. Then afew days later they told him it was all in order but no date set yet. Hope yours goes well. Good luck guys xxx

wow thanks for that insight, Ive always been with reception through to year 4 here. I love being in the classroom. Our daughter is now in Reception at the moment, our son in yr4. I know they will notice the change but hopefully for the better. I sent Pk 3 on next day delivery, we got a tracking #. By 1pm we could check and it said it had been delivered. I hope we dont have to wait long lol

You said you was Teaching out there....Ive been doing TA work here in the UK. I just passed my level 3 last year and I hope maybe to be able to get back into the classroom once settled in the USA. I need to learn how things work out there compared to our schools.

Ive got my fingers crossed for no RFE's...Im terrified of not filling something in correctly n having it sent back lol. I just want this bit over with lol. no more forms (for a lickle while anyway). we have our medical on the 22nd actually looking forward to it, getting it over with, one more thing done. wooo hoooo. Im fed up filling forms in now...ive had to do them all three times with having the kids...Im looking forward to getting it all in the post tomorrow now. Thanks Sophia I post the photo link in the feb forum. Its 2 inches by 2 inches. Theres a few places in London that do it. I think we will go there as the snappy snap place the Embassy recommends are charging 9.99GBP for just two. Theres three of us and we need four each I think lol. Nearly 60GBP on photos ugh.
