do we have to wait for it? whats the average time for it? cause we have to have all the information by april 22nd

we got married in Indiana , we have to go to our courthouse for that ''certified copy''? and that will solve our problem?

Have a serious ? for anybody that can help us,me and my fiance got married December 30th,2010,at the local courthouse.We got a marriage certificate and all that showing proof it was legal,and it was all legit.Well,we sent everything in the package(for the green card-I-485) including a copy of the marriage certificate.Well,we got a letter in the mail today(April 1st),saying we needed more information or evidence about our case,by April 22nd.They are saying in bold black letters...THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE PROPERLY REGISTERED OR RECORDED!!!!!! We are really scared and nervous,we truly don`t know why they sent this to us,please if anybody who might have gone through this can help,or if anybody has any information,please help us,thank you.

My wife and I sent our package to the uscis in chicago on the 25th of january using usps,we payed for confirmation and all that,the post office said we would get a letter the same day they received it,and they also said they would get it by the 27th or 28th of january too,well its now feb 1st and we have not heard or received nothing from anybody,we both are getting nervous,it was supposed to be there by feb 3,what should we do,any information will be greatly appreciated,thanks.

I`m wanting to use a money order for the 1,070,but they only go up to $500 a piece,if i have to get 3 money orders,will this be a problem for the uscis? any information will be greatly appreciated,thanks.

vamos a enviar nuestro dinero x money order, actualmente residimos en el estado de indiana ( les comento por que no se si es igual en todos los estados y si es asi, perdonen la ignorancia) en el banco , nos dicen q nos hacen el money orden en 3 money orders... no sabemos si esto sera un inconveniente para el uscis o no..?

Hola Letty, me alegra que ya estes por aca. Te cuento que cuando yo llegue estaba ya terminando el verano, es decir que la temperatura estaba como mi ciudad natal y no tuve problema....pero ahora y que estamos en estados que tienen casi las mismas temperaturas, te cuento que lo que anda muy reseca es mi piel especialmente, mi esposo dice que en invierno se le pone la piel como si fuera de cocodrilo. Mis hermana que llevan aca muchisisimos años me recomendaron que usara BODY OIL de Neutrogena, que con esto a ellas desde otoño hasta que el invierno termine no les da picazon. Neutrogena tambien tiene linea para el cabello, y dicen ellas que aunque son productos algo costosos, son con los que han tenido los mejores resultados......jajajajaja, ni que trabajara alli o fuera la dueña...jajajajaja...la cosa es que en Colombia tambien venden por lo menos que yo sepa, champu de Neutrogena y cuando mi pelo se ,,,en terminos colombianos.,,,, achicopalaba,,,,pues me bañaba con ese champu unas 2 o 3 veces y mi pelo relucia nuevamente.

Que chevere leer los comment y darme cuenta de la permanente unidad de nosotros como colombianos a pesar de estar en Usa.. Bueno me presento.. soy letty, actualmente estoy en Tell city, Indiana muy feliz de estar por fin Junticos, aunque pues como todos saben y no es secreto la adaptacion es lenta.. les cuento que yo me encuentro un poquito preocupada ( para muchos sera una tonteria) pero desde que llegue a EU ( hace como 2 semanas) he notado que se me esta cayendo el cabello horriblemente aun antes de lavarlo aqui.. empece a sentirlo super re-seco y la caida terrible.. me preocupa un poco por que yo suelo alisar mi cabello y tampoco es que sea reee abundante/... alguna le ha pasado esto? es verdad que el cambio de clima influye? si es asi.. que hicieron para combatirlo?? Respecto a lo de las clases de ingles.. no se si es igual en todos los estados pero aqui en indiana hay algo llamado Ivy tech... las clases son gratis y solo debes asistir 2 veces a la semana.. creo que es una buena opcion.. :star:

Gracias Alix por tus energias, les cuento que la visa fue aprovada, fuimos unos de los primeros esta manana en la embajada por ay a las 0530. Fuimos los dos con nuestro bebe de 5 meses. Hicimos fila y todo bien entramos, teniamos todos los documentos necesarios, ya a las 10 de la manana nos toco pasar para la entrevista y nos toco la misma senora monita gringuita que nos hizo la entrevista para la ciudadania de nuestro bebe Nicholas hace 5 meses, como es la vida!! En fin se acordo de nosotros y la unica pregunta que nos hizo fue que como ah estado el bebe todo este tiempo. y ya ! visa aprovada, asi que nos vamos a quedar en bogota esperando la visa, nos dijieron que en 6 dias habiles pero vamos a ver si el viernes nos entregan la visa por la manana, ya que tenemos los boletos comprados !

La verdad, sin esta pagina y la ayuda de muchos de ustedees no se si estariamos donde estamos ahorita mismo, les doy muchas gracias a todos por sus respuestas y colaboracion en esta pagina !!!!!! Gracias !
