If you mean via lawful immigration, if you were able to hold off on the marriage a K-1 would give you the quickest path to her relocation to the States.

But if you are intent on marrying, the CR-1 is your only choice. Yes, the K-3 is no longer being used. Well, technically you could file a DCF, but I'm assuming you live in the States.

The K-1 should put her in the States sooner than the CR-1, but depending on your case even it can take a while. Mine took 3 months, others are waiting 6+ months.

I dont want to do a K-1 because she wants her family to attend and plus a wedding in the U.S. is double what is in the Philippines. I will be getting married in October of this year so I am confused with K-3 and CR-1 in which to chose after I am married.

Why would you need your US bank Statement?
