Police reports in the mail to Nicaragua and should arrive soon. Yet another visit to the consulate. The consulate takes fingerprints at the interview but won't give you a copy... we tried because we needed them for the police reports but they didn't share them. Oh and they call them police reports but since my husband was never arrested they are simply background checks that come back saying No Records Found. Hopefully now they will finish the Visa process.

Interview today and Visa was approved!!!!

Elvira got her Welcome Letter and the green cards are on there way !!!!!!!!!!!Yeah

Sorry I havent written anything since the interview, but i really dont know what to say! We had to send in more papers, and we are waiting for an answer! Sorry! Thanks for all the prayers though. You guys are awesome!

Called NVC on Thursday for clarification that ORIGINAL documents need to be sent with DS230 AND two passport photos. Arghh. Didn't realize that and now waiting for them in the mail from Nicaragua. Good thing I realized this before I sent it. More patience.....

Leave in 4 hrs to head back to Jordan! Interview in 6 days! God, with you all things are possible!

Visas are in hand and will be in the USA on October 29th Yepeeeee !!!!

For all those POE'ing at MIA - be ready to be treated by complete #######, jerks, imbecils, and idiots, they will knowingly make you miss your flight if they feel like it, speak terrible to you as if youre nothing but an insignificant human piece of trash, and not believe a word unless they have to.... be ready...

Still waiting for our Appointment Letter for our INterview Date....Lord Give us September interview..THANKS

Its more than 3 weeks still NO update after sending our docs (RFE for ITR 2009).. What to do? called NVC but they said its still in processing...but my friends told me it just takes 2 weeks to be SIF after sending the RFE docs.. Its been 3 weeks that our papers was on their system

Well we got an RFE, wish they just told you what it is for... I hate waiting and worrying.. at least it is something, hope we are moving in the right direction! I hope

We are here in Costa Rica together. We have 3 huge binders and 1 packet prepared for our interview tomorrow even though they already have 3 additional binders at the embassy already. We will keep you all posted with our "After Interview" experience. Praying and Hoping all goes well...
