wow...NVC are you (*#$(* kidding me.. Another RFE and you yourself are unable to tell me why my wifes Birth Certificate isn't accepted. You say "Everything seems fine with it it could be an error on our part we'll contact you in 10-15 days...Wow..NVC

Join the club as me and the wifes marriage certificate wasn't accepted. Was told that it was a copy and they rejected it. Well we have sent in the original but it takes about a month for them to open mail so we should be good by the first week of December I guess. Good luck on your headache as it is happening a lot. It is stall tactics that hey are using right now for sure.

yes they recieved the DS230 and they found things wrong with my Affidavit of Support now so tired of this, Taxes don't match what I put on the AOS I put all of my income on there and that is what I get for not triple checking the form I forget to sign because of being in a rush

Called NVC today to get an update on wether or not they have all necessary documents to complete the case. There response is they are still reviewing and it is taking up to 6 weeks. They now have had my docs. for 2.5 weeks with no response at all. Is this normal or does it appear there could be something wrong?

husband sent my DS230 with all original documents they need 1 week ago but husband got a letter from NVC they said ....The NVC has received the requested Affidavit of Support form (I-864) for this case. However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each traveling applicant to be returned to National Visa Center for review. You will find the DS-230 form along with complete instructions for submitting the civil documentation req...

Send back proof of the delivery of your DS-230 Packet to them such as a deliver receipt or tracking information. This is like an auto generation of request for the forms since they have processed the AOS and someone probably didn't input receipt of the DS-230. Don't worry it will get solved you will have to weight until Monday to speak to a representative.
