    I gues its been a while since i came back. My fiance is going for her interview o the 23rd. Yes!!! Can't wait for the good news.

      Hi Devraj, we are going thru the same issue with the new delhi embassy. Their letters never seem to reach my fiance and we have been waiting for the interview letter for a month. I feel you frustration

    Little perturbed with the whole postal system. Its been over two weeks since the embassy mailed the Packet-3. She is still waiting for it. I emailed the embassy and they sent me the information and forms. But my major worry is that what if the P3 has been delivered but to the wrong place or returned to the embassy as undeliverable. That would really suck

      how did you sent them the forms?

      I am getting some conflicting information. The embassy lady told me that my fiance can email the forms to the embassy, but I can't seem to find that stated any where. So what are the accepted method of sending the fomrs to the embassy?

    can I go to interview with my wife when she goes for her interview at her home country Embassy (Mumbai Embassy)?

      From what I understand, you can go to the consulate with her but inside the interview office. New Delhi allows you to go with her.

    do my petitioner need to send me his orig US passport/naturalization certicicate, Final divorce decree, along with forms requiring his orig signature like G-325A, I-129F, letter of intent, affidavit of support??? plus tickets & receipts??

      like steve9179 said: it depends on how far along in the process your are. But that said, I send copies of all my documents (copy of the whole petition) to my fiance. So I would say have your petitioner send you a copy of every thing that they attached to the petition. That also includes any thing send in for RFE. It never hurts to know exactly what was put in the petition, not only to have both parties on the same page but also to make sure that all the information is current and accurate.
