      Well, today I got through to the NVC and spoke with a pleasant woman that they mailed out Marcel's documents/instructions around the 17th or so of Sept. so Monday he is going to the University to check his mail. He and I decided because of the pricetag on a plane ticket that I would fly out Nov.13th through the 28th and try to have his interview then.
