well, now ya know exactly what it is. ouch. but it's all good, you KNOW because you received and read that letter. RFEs suck, much. As for bonafide relationship evidence - I suggest you send something off with the RFE, and also 'send it in' to NVC (also) when slinging in the DS-230 set via EP.
