NVC confirmed they received package from CA Svc Center. Told me I may wait 8 weeks for scheduling.

Approved CA Svc Center. Now waiting NVC confirmed receipt of my emailed DS-3032 since their phones are busy for 2 days solid!

Bills paid, package sent. NO response to request for expedite... SAD!!!

Called USCIS was told they really do work on cases, even when nothing appears to be happening... Just be patient. Married 6 months 6 days. USCIS 5 month response now 5 Months,13 days.. Tell me something good... PLEASE??

Congresswoman Suttons office very supportive. Told my I130 should get assigned in next 14 days. AND NVC/Bangladesh has no major lag!

desperate for tangible examples of proving extreme hardship.. My husband is sick.. First request denied, for lack of evidence.

Filed USCIS Service Request Escalation for I-130 Disposition. Was told that they have 30 days to explain why they have done nothing in 5 months.

Hopeful that IF California Center is working to schedule, I130 Adjudication could be happening in weeks. I miss him soo much, and we still cant talk more than 3 minutes today.

Mail to TX, unacknowledged. 5 months in 16 days. Different answer from EVERY call to Service Center. Sad Discouraged and told I might wait over a year now!! OH DEAR GOD>>> I cant do this

National Visa Center AOS Feebill received 4:22 AM. Paid 9:33 AM.

No response from I130 still pending. Asked again if Congresswoman Suttons office can get any more information. Last call immigration officer told me 5 months +16 days is still "on time" for government work.

OH I hope so.. RIght now it just feels like FOREVER
