Just got txt/email that EAD card has been ordered! However we already got the greencard in the mail April 1st. No interview needed and it came 1month 3weeks 3days after filing for AOS.....we thank GOD o!

Ok people now at about 6pm I got a second txt that said this: On March 28, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later......Does this mean we are approved? So confused

I am not sure whether we will get married or not. I am glad we took the fiance visa route because, if needed, we can go apart without needing a divorce or breaking any immigration laws.

Mailing AOS tomorrow! Can't wait to get it in the mail and out of our hands.

Honey should be on the plane to Lagos to make sure the immunizations and medical exams are complete for the children...Let's hope that the interview will be scheduled during the time he is with the children...God's hand will direct it all....

Case being sent to Lagos on Wednesday...should reach embassy on Friday...have sent email to Lagos and requested that interview be set for sometime before May 7...Really hope that everyone can be home before school starts on August 1...God's hand will direct it all

You know, I'm just a country girl...my daddy taught me many good things as I was growing up. My mom taught me how to be resourceful...Sooo, today I discovered that I could actually track our case. The news is that it will be sent to Lagos either Monday or Wednesday and that it will be received in 2 days after sending. Gotta say, I'm loving those people at the DOS...especially Steve in the DPM.

All I want is NOA1 then I can relax. I didn't think the AOS would make me anxious too.

Interview date is my birthday!!! So far from today but PATIENCE is GOLDEN.. Wish us luck!!
