    Man time is flying on Nov 23rd my husband and I will be celebrating him being home for 3 years! im still counting it all JOY!

    We just submitted a letter from our bank saying we had a joint account and as far as taxes go we just submitted all our joint taxes we filed since he has been here...how is the baby?

      Hey. How long did it take to get the permanent CG from time submitted? Where during the 90 day timeframe did you submit? Naturalization is after 3 years right?

      We filed like the first day of the 90 day window which was like Dec 26 and had 10 yr green card in hand in April yep naturalization is after 3 yrs...

      Fela I sure will we will mail ROC paperwork anytime after Dec 24th it appears to not be much paperwork the folder we have is not very thick.....but I will let you know happy thanksgiving to you and yours......

      Didnt miss all the paperwork at all but from the looks of things I wont have as much paperwork as I did for the K-1 we wont officially ROC until December but I wanted to get on to get my brain back in immigration mode cause LORD Knows this has been far from my mind.... :)
