      hi sis congrats...anong nilagay mo sa form na middle name ung last name mo before u got married (apelyedo ng father mo) or ung middle name mo before u got married?? good luck

    Anyone here who got their name change in SSN from maiden to married name already? Do you guys used ur maiden last name as your middle name? Coz iSSA did't allow me to use my maiden last name as my married middle name.

      hi..my SSN they didnt put middle name just my first and last name (husband's last name)...did u send ur AOS/EAD?

      @phil&Wi nakuha ko na sis ung result ng xray ko negative nman i got my vaccine too and the I-693. Sis pinaupdate u ba ung vaccination record mo ds230 sa civil surgeon? tska pinasa mo ba ung original copy na nss envelope from CS sa pagfile nyo ng AOS?

      @Tina I got my xray result yesterday negative naman kya i will get MMR vaccine again and have paperwork done..probably tomorrow. OO sis dami pa nmn gastusin..nag file na kau AOS?

      @Tarzan&Jane buti nmn sis at nakuha u na ung I-963 mo. Kala ko after pa ng vaccine tsaka makukuha ung form. Ako din sis kelagan ko pa daw ng MMR pero sa Cityhall q nlang kukunin ung vaccine na un masmura..hehehe...kelan wedding nyo?

      @preciousOne sis required un ng CS for our I693 eh. chest xray lang ung test sakin sa st.lukes.

      @Tarzan&Jane d ko lam sis un lang kc ung clinic na nacontact ko na malapit samin eh bago makakuha ng form I693 kelangan ng physical exam, blood test and TST. eh ngpasitive ung TST ko wla nmn writen result ung xray from St. lukes kaya cge nagpaxray nalang ako sa tuesday pa ung result ng xray.Kakalungkot lang kc i had 2 xrays bgo ko mapunta US wla nmn problema taz positive ung TST ko. Ano na...

    went to a CS yesterday and honey paid $250 for the fee, they checked my height, weight, my ears, my throat, my eyes, my breath, they got sample of my blood, and the nurse ####### my left arm for the test, and we will be goin back to the clinic again by monday. On monday they will gonna check my left arm and if i am negative then they will give me the vaccines i need, and hopefully i can do the vaccine on post (Ft. Sill) so it will be free...
