yes you need to wait the notice letter thn you can apply for your PCC, it takes 5 days processing only so dont worry.

Jane if your in manila go to the Taiwan embassy and get the application for your taiwan police clearance, and i think it takes 1 month process.take care

no i never send it to the USEMBASSY HK, during my interview they ask me were is my police certificate from manila but my police certificate here in HK, i apply to wan chai police headquarters then the Wan Chai police officers send my police certificate to the USembassy.
