I think ur should keep calling to USCIS to see whats going on.. if the want interview you or transfer ur case...it has been almost 5 months without news for u friend.. good look hope u recieved good news this week!!

Hi Ryna my case was transfer to California like 3 weeks ago but after of that i have not heard anything about it.. this is my currents status, The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, are u sure u havent being transfer.i am in inital review too

Woww thats really crazy!!! i cant believe that they are losing documents.. really incrediblle i am pretty sure all of us spend a lot time fixing our package so of course we alwyas send at least the forms..

Hi Chazzie,the same for me.I just called to the USCIS and the couldnt find my case either, they told me that i should wait 45 days the notice of action should be arriving in the next 15 days,. at least is what they said. soo we need be very patient!! it really stresses me, because some people get their noa1 in 4 days and some of us have to wait 45 days..means that they give priority s...
