Hello Sandra,
I called the DoS in Washington today and they said that our file still hasn't been physically received in Bogota but that they have already mailed out my fiancee's P3. Your's is probably in the mail, too! The best part is the lady at DoS said we could go ahead and send in the forms since P3 has been shipped out already. Definitely try to call them and see what they say. Good luck!
