yea AP is over for my husband after 7 months of torture, now im' just waiting to hear from passport office.

no updates i'm so upset. it's been almost 3 months. AP still pending for my husband. i hate this. u know if i can do anything about it? perhaps contact my congressman??

no he's still in AP process, i cann the DOS # everyday but they still r telling me AP pending..it's been over a month....

they only asked my husband 3 questions, what does ur wife do? what do u do? look at wedding and honeymoon pix, and said everything looks fine we just need to put u in AP coz of some background checking. now this AP process is killing coz u dont knowow long the waiting period would b. it can take upto a year.

after the NVC completes ur case. maximum is after 2 months after completion. lets say if ur case completed in august 30, ur interview would be assigned anywhere b4 October 30. earliest would b last week of September

it's not NVC, it's the embassy that did it. they do it for almost every male coming to US. they put them into AP processing and make u wait..... it took me not more than 2 months in NVC. i dind't have any problems in NVC
