    we are filing fiancee visa and we recive our NOA2 approve.what forms do i need to bring during our interview day,do we need to schedule our interview or will the embassy schedule our interview.

      Ok, I am talking to Margie right now on the phone, and she tells me that she was never married but gave her son his fathers name , and his father signed the birth certificate because the law was xhanged so that the father can sign BC even though they are not yet married.

      Yesm she is the biological mother and she never was married to her sons father. Her son just turned 3 and she does have full legal custody of him.

    WOW! Things are really starting to happen for us now! We found someone in Taiwan to asist in Margie's police clearence! Those of you who file the same time Margie and I did, look for our NOA2's around the 5th of October!
