I also changed my address online last year without any active immigration application and I received nothing, no email or snail mail.

Anyway, I filed my I-751 in January this year and the USCIS sent everything that I needed to receive to my new address.

Remember to ask the USC spouse to also send his I-865 in addition to your change of address online.

Hi, I filed I751 in February 2012, and we are going to move in July 2012. I have filed the change of address online and it says it will take at least 45 days to receive your notification. Does anyone know what notification I will receive, I mean, through email, or a letter in the mail? Thanks.

I have filed I-175 on Feb 22 and gotten my Bio done in March. Now we are waiting. Our son and I are going back to China to visit my parents on August 8, and I assume that the GC won't arrive before I leave for China. I am a VSC filer, the average time that I was told is 7-8 months. Now my question is, IF I would get an interview or REF, when would I normally receive the letters? Anybody had an interview or received an REF letter, would you please let me know when the letters arrived, like how many months after you filed I175? I am just hoping that if I would get an interview, I would receive the letter before I leave for China. Thank you!

I filed my I-175 on 2/22/2012, and now I'm waiting for the biometrics appointment letter.

I have a plan to go visit my parents abroad in August or September, 2012. My husband is USC, we have a son together who is 2 years old.

I'm taking him with me to visit his grandparents which are my parents. I heard that the ROC could take more than 6 months and I am a VSC

filer.

What should I do if my GC hasn't approved yet then? Can I still go take this trip? Would that affect my case?

Hi guys, I took a trip abroad for 176 days, Does it count 6 months trip? I just saw that you can't take trips more that 6 months before you apply for naturalization.

The statements the bank sent you, let it be by mail or electronically.

Is it the monthly statement? Or it's a special statements we need to request the bank to send us?

How do you show the proof of the joint bank account? Will the mail from the bank do? or a photocopy of the check? Thank you!

What is the longest time that I can stay here? Will it be a problem in Removing Conditions on Residency that I stay here for 6 months?

Yes, a child indeed will help much. When I had my interview to remove the conditions there was no interview involved, my brother who had the same process didn't go to an interview. you'll send the docs to remove the conditions and IF uscis feels the evidence isn't sufficient then an interview will be required. You can go to the interview alone. I had a cousin who went to her interview alone and took the child they had together and things went just fine. It is probably just better if your husband accompany you.
