    do we need to file AOS before my visa expires? or is it ok to file after just as long as we got married before it expires?

      hello te..I really thought you got married already..anyways, just make sure you get married within the 90 days(before your I-94 expires)...others were able to get approval even if they filed for their AOS after their I-94 expires or even years of waiting..congratz on your coming marriage..God bless..
