I sent you a PM. Based from my timeline, I waited 11 (Manila) working days before I tried to book online. I was able to get thru on my first try. That said, I'm not sure on how early was I really eligible to schedule an appointment. I say try to wait for 2 weeks.
@ Arvin8: nope. i just brought my appointment/confirmation letter to my medical today & yeah wait for ur case to get to the embassy. call after a week or two

hello I'm experiencing the same thing about you having a hard time before downloading your appointment...I also called the number that you posted here but they just told me to call back 2 days before my interview...do you have any tips that could help me download my letter? I would appreciate it!!
