please help
my fiance had his k1 interview in islamabad on march 5th
they gave him a 221g stating our case needed to go under adminstrative processing. No additional documentation was requested. after 7 weeks our case status has bern showing ready for interview but was under AP. on April 22nd the status changed from ready for interview to refused. what does this mean? could it be temporary refusal? for AP. Has their been cases that have changed from ready to interview to refused to issued?

I'm yet to receive rfe acknowledgment from uscis more so i need to travel out of state for an urgent family issue
Please Advise!! appreciate

People won't come here to respond.Sorry to hear about your ill sister.
RFE update is not always happening after they receive it and takes some time.
You can not re enter the country without AP. You should have filed, it's free.If traveling to another state take your state ID, DL, marriage certificate and NOA1 from your
AOS with you and passport.
We were picked out of a line to a connecting flight in Texas and asked for proof of being legal
in the US.
You used to be fine with just a photo ID (DL or state ID) but lately they have become increasinglypicky with randomly asking people to show papers that you are legally here.
Ignore members that say otherwise.
File for AP still because you never know when you have to go to Nigeria for an emergency,
if you do submit a copy of your NOA1 for AOS aside from the other items.
It took my husband 2 1/2 years to get approved for his AOS.

Case finally recieved at embassy...unfortunately we cannot get an interview date until the CO comes back from vacy in sept!!! UGH...BIG SPEED BUMP!
