We're not positive if he got denied yet...they kept his passport and told him to get a new translation done. The translation was for the court document from the fight in Spain. They said the fight was grounds for being permanently denied. Not sure. It's all really upsetting, but we'll have to wait and see.

He got denied. Issues with some translations we had done. Apparently they weren't official enough, even though they were from a certified translator and cost me nearly $200. I'm falling apart.... My heart is broken. Now we're looking into getting a lawyer. Hope things go better for you!

I went to the CLM. What about you? I got my NOA1 on March 5th and the timeline estimate said I could receive my NOA2 as soon as the end of April. That would be WONDERFUL if I got it that fast. Good luck to us both!
