Yes you will still get your EAD, i got a medical RFE after i had recevied my EAD, Personally the EAD was the important one for me, the green card can take 6 months for all i care, so long as i can work and it arrives eventually all is good.
You need to use one of the USCIS certified Civil surgeons from the list.
