Hi I finally ended up Paid $275 included exam, tb test, blood work and vaccine. This is the cheapest place i can find in columbus area.

Thanks everyone for answering my questions. I just wonder do they required that I have to get blood and TB test? I got a TB test more than 3 years ago and it came back negative ( I will have the paper work). I called some civil surgeons around here and they all said the test would be included paper work, TB and blood test and would cost around $220 to $250. Plus vaccines fee if need. I called one place and they said it cost $110 just for the physical test only, no blood and TB test. I will have to see the doctor and he will tell me what kind of vaccine i need. I dont know which one i should go for. any opnion about this?

I looked at the list of civil surgeons that approved by USCIS. I called some of them and everyone told me differently in pricing. The basic I693 test would cost around $$220, and if i need vaccines, It would be an addition cost. Like some said the MMR vaccine would cost $120, the other said $50

Lot of them said the cost for chicken pox vaccins is around $120 ( I dont have insurance). My parent is not really sure if I ever have chicken pox or not so incase I need one, DO you know where to get those shots cheaper? Thank you for your time!

I came here as F1 visa but I'm out of stutus now. Here is some background:

I came here in september 2006 as F1 visa. I took 2 english quaters at the university then tranfer to another school in april 2007 ( Let calls them MSU). MSU gave me I 20 and it expried on March 2010. But due to financial problem, I did not register class at MSU after april 2007 so I was out of status. After that, I started register class at MSU in september 2008 and stoped in april 2009. I did not register any class after april 2009. I talked to my advicesor and she said, since I have been in school on and off so no matter that i went back to school some, I still out of stutus.

I have been dating my boyfriend for almost 3 years now and we want to get married ( He is an US citizen). I really dont know if i will get trouble because of my stutus or where to start? like what files do we have to fill, etc....
