Two months and two weeks have passed since Patricio came into the US with me... and we have yet to get married. It's now or never, no?

No. It's when you are sure beyond sure. You can look at it one of two ways....one get married and if it is unhappy you can end it before the lifting of conditions.....Or you can take more time and go through the K1 process again......I don't know your story but from what is here.... and maybe I am reading more into then I should, but seems your a little more then the nervous bride not knowing what will come. I wish you luck and a happy decision.

God is good to send His angels...Jennifer in DC...an angel. Well CSC lost my RFE from June 29th...but gratefully, with the help of Jennifer, a new Part C is going in the post for delivery tomorrow!! Jennifer has orchestrated the attention on supervisors at CSC who are hand delivering it to the officer working my case....EXPEDITE PLEASE!!--CSC God is faithful to provide!

Ok...because yesterdays email just had too many words like deny and revoke in it, I sent a reply email to the immigration officer working my case...that person responded today with, "We did not mean to mislead you about your status. Your case has been approved and sent to NVC. NVC returned the case to USCIS because the petition was not completely filled out. The petition will be reviewed and you will receive a written notification by mail. If you do not hear from us in 180 days then c...

Starting to call USCIS again this week! God knows where my packet is and am asking Him to put it in plain sight of someone who is knowledgeable and can get the process moving in a positive/forward direction...like to the EMBASSY!!!!! All praise goes to God for His mighty working in our lives...

Very long story...called about my case...OH MY!!! I love my fiance sooo much and I realize just how fragile I am regarding this process. How easy it is that some random individual can say what appears to be simple words and leave me afraid and fearing heartbreak...God, I so need the peace that only you can give! Oh wow. You know I bet you and I have the same processor who just so happened to be on vacation and then decided to take a few extra days off and then caught a nasty cold and had to stay home sick and the got into a little fender bender and was too sore to go to work for a few days then had to take the dog to the vet and miss the next day of work and then happened to go to the dr. to be told that he needed to take a few days off to recover from all the stress he is under then then then then.....
